1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using UnlimitedClaude ("the Service"), operated by Cheetah AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UnlimitedClaude provides API proxy access to AI language models including Claude (by Anthropic), DeepSeek, MiniMax, Qwen, and others through OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible endpoints. We act as an intermediary between you and the upstream model providers.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
- Exceed your plan's rate limits through automated means or circumvent usage restrictions
5. Plans and Billing
UnlimitedClaude offers multiple subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro) with varying model access, daily request limits, and concurrency levels. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Data Handling
We do not store, log, or retain your prompts, completions, or any content transmitted through the API. All traffic is encrypted via TLS. Your data passes through to the upstream model provider and back — nothing is retained on our servers.
7. Availability and Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Cheetah AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
